Batchelors Motor Group buys Kineholme of Otley

Batchelors Motor Team in North Yorkshire has obtained Kineholme of Otley Renault and Dacia.

Batchelors was founded in 1987 by David Batchelor. In 2013, the business was acquired by the Tony Denton who has expanded the team, opening York Suzuki in 2019.

In 2021, the team added a paint and beauty fix centre to the business. Last 12 months saw it provide pre tax income of £734,000 on turnover of £18.7m.

Kineholme has served Otley, Ilkley and encompassing places because 1956 building it a single of the longest established motor stores in Wharfedale.

Denton mentioned: ‘’Kineholme is an recognized spouse and children-owned company that fits perfectly in just our TLC not PLC ethos.

“I am enthusiastic to extend into West Yorkshire and keep on to provide our loyal shoppers in Otley, and new buyers as well.

“For our existing Batchelors customers, Renault and Dacia supply class leading electric powered and hybrid cars which complement our present Suzuki array flawlessly.’’
